The Long Plain First Nation is seeking a Receptionist for the Administration Office.
Education, Abilities & Skills:
The Receptionist is an important position as he or she is the first contact representative of the Long Plain First Nation. The candidate must possess effective communication skills, both oral and written, along with a good work ethic, be reliable, have strong interpersonal and organizational skills. This position requires an individual to be professional, respectful and courteous to all visitors, staff and Council members whether on the telephone or in person. It also requires a high level of diplomacy, high tolerance for patience and maintains confidentiality at all times. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, is essential.
The Receptionist will possess a Grade 12 education or two (2) years clerical work experience on the job or a combination of education and experience.
